I have rear drum brakes on my Dodge neon 2000, if i want to change it to Disk brake, what do i need to buy?

you need lines running all the way from eninge to rear tyres and then disc, pads, and adjusment to other things,

yes you would need the whole kit or a rear set up from a neon with factory rear disk (alot of work if car is not high performance and does not require disks)
you need a conversion kit. or call a junkyard near you and see if they have a 2000 neon with disc brakes and just buy the whole rear suspension and knuckle from them
