You don't. This is not a simple bolt on do-it-yourself fix.

There are several companies that make bolt-on kits to do this. I'd highly recommend them, as they've already done the engineering to make this a safe swap. Stainless Steel Brakes would be my first stop. There are others, just Google it.
if you're doing the front only. the camero front end is basically the same as the novas. However based on experience I would suggest spending the extra money up front for a complete kit that way you have all new components and don't have to worry about any of the used components being worn out or defective.
