Noise coming from rear drum brakes i think. Any idea what it is?

The sound its making is almost like something rubbing up against something and is making an odd noise. at first i though a stick or leaves or something was stuck in my back or something, but now im pretty sure its the brakes because the noise changes ( becomes more apparent) when i brake. but also it does sometimes make the noise even when im not braking, but not terribly noisy, its deffinently worse when i brake.

MORE THAN LIKELY YOUR REAR SHOE'S NEED REPLACING AND YOUR DRUMS COULD BE SLIGHTLY OUT-OF-ROUND MEANING %26quot; WARPED%26quot; CAUSED FROM HEAT AND RUNNING TRU COLD WATER %26quot;NORMAL THOUGH THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS. ANOTHER THING IS THEY JUST MIGHT NEED ADJUSTING.

You probably need new rear brake pads and drums turned.

Don't drive too much more until you have them checked.
have you throught about looking at your brake shoes im sure they are gone
