I am about to buy a foldable bike that has a rear drum break and I am wondering if I will be able to change the %26quot;pads%26quot; or whatever is wearable in there, when needed. Or do I have to change the entire wheel?

They are completley servicable, but do yourself and your teeth a favor don't attempt this yourself, take it to a shop where its more likley to have %26quot;old school%26quot; mechanics you bring that in to most modern shops your going to get alot of head scatching and %26quot;hmm yah maybe we can fix it%26quot;
