So i have brake fluid leaking out of my rear drum brakes after i changed the front brakes?

... in the master cylinder the chamber for the rear brakes is close to empty, i was wondering if i can just let it drain out and once thet happens if the front brakes will still work once it has drained completely. the front brakes work fine as of now after i changed them, the rear brakes are leaking front inside the drum at a class 3 level about 1-2 drops a minute, and a steady stream when i apply the brakes.

do not let it drain out completely, if you do you will get air in your lines, and abs unit. It will be very hard to bleed the abs unit. fill it up and fix your leaks. Sounds like you need new wheel cylinders in the back.

Have you ever tried to get all the air out of your lines when you run your master cylinder empty. If you do run it empty, I would suggest going by the auto parts store and buying a special pump to get all the air out of your wheel cylinders.
if you have brake fluid leaking out of your drums then you have a wheel cylinder leaking.
